How Piedmont sorts itself
What these seventeen houses already make clear
Published bedroom counts on this page include Il Boscareto (49 rooms and suites), Relais Sant’Uffizio (36 on the current rooms page), Villa La Madonna (17), Hotel San Rocco (66 in the main building, plus the listed Villa Gippini keys), Villa Cimena (5 historic rooms and 7 contemporary suites), Relais Almaranto (23), Nordelaia (12) and Villa Ottolenghi Wedekind (7 suites). Albergo dell’Agenzia publishes two official inventories that are not collapsed: 47 rooms on the wedding exclusive-use page, and 71 rooms across two buildings on the rooms page. Relais San Maurizio, the Borromées, Villa Aminta, Castello Dal Pozzo and Castello di Casalborgone do not publish a single official room total on the pages used here. Venaria, Stupinigi and Villa d’Agliè publish no hotel rooms at all.
Exclusive-use or whole-house language is published at Relais San Maurizio (the wedding day), Villa La Madonna (the entire hotel, minimum two nights), Relais Sant’Uffizio (buyout of spaces), Albergo dell’Agenzia (the entire structure), Relais Almaranto (exclusive hire of the hotel), Castello di Casalborgone (the entire Castello) and Villa Cimena (available exclusively). Nordelaia does not publish an exclusive-hire sentence on the events pages read for this cycle. The Borromées publish exclusivity for a lower floor, not the hotel. San Rocco publishes terrace exclusivity for weddings over 50 guests. A Savoy palace, and Villa d’Agliè, are a hire, not a buyout.
On-site legal civil rites are published at Venaria (Hall of Diana), Stupinigi (marriages and civil unions on named days), Relais Sant’Uffizio (Casa Comunale), Castello Dal Pozzo (named spaces, daily) and Castello di Casalborgone (Clock Tower). Villa La Madonna publishes that a legally valid ceremony cannot be held there. Villa Aminta and Hotel San Rocco publish symbolic settings. Relais San Maurizio, the Borromées, Albergo dell’Agenzia, Relais Almaranto, Villa Ottolenghi Wedekind, Nordelaia and Villa d’Agliè do not classify the rite on the pages read for this cycle.
Published gathering figures include Venaria’s named galleries, Stupinigi’s ceremony spaces, Sant’Uffizio’s 170, Boscareto’s 160 indoor, Albergo dell’Agenzia’s 240 across two halls, Relais Almaranto’s 100, Villa d’Agliè’s 160 seated, Dal Pozzo’s 190 / 250, San Rocco’s terrace and Sala Faggio, and Casalborgone’s ballroom of 80. Ottolenghi and Nordelaia do not publish a guest maximum. Those numbers are not interchangeable with bedrooms. Twenty-three rooms at Almaranto, seven suites at Ottolenghi and twelve rooms at Nordelaia do not sleep a large Monferrato dinner. International guests still enter through Turin or Milan, as on Destination weddings in Piedmont. How they then move is the guest-logistics problem, not a backdrop.
