Private conversation at a quiet table, before an Italian wedding is outlined

The OHH! WEDDING method

Weddings around people, not vendors

The house

One mind behind the day

With OHH! WEDDING you work with a dedicated planner, not a feed of listings. Access, vendors and rhythm stay in one conversation.

A couple — or a family office — arrives with a date, a place, an occasion. Who must be close, and how public or private the day should feel, are discussed first. Then the house writes a private outline.

Candlelit Italian room with white flowers — atmosphere held before guests arrive

01 · Listen

Date, guests, rite — religious, legal, or both — and the feeling the day should have when nobody is performing it.

02 · Outline

A composed proposal, not a stack of quotes. Place, table, atmosphere, image and movement, written as one itinerary.

03 · Hold

On the day, planner and assistant keep timing and vendors aligned, so you remain in the room.

What the house can hold

One wedding, not a catalogue

Each family can stand alone, or become a chapter of the same private wedding. The house can hold everything that belongs — and leave out what does not.

Planning

The conversation

Vision, introductions and timing in a single thread — including the dress, the band and the guest list, when they belong.

Wedding Planner

One mind behind the day: vision, vendors and timing in a single conversation.

Assistant

A second pair of hands on the day, so you can stay in the room.

Invitations

Stationery treated as atmosphere, not as a separate shop.

RSVPs

Guest lists and replies kept accurate, without turning the wedding into software.

Wedding Dress

Trusted introductions for the dress — never a feed of listings.

Rings

Selected goldsmiths when the band belongs to the day's tone.

Hairdressers

Hair and makeup held to the same register as the flowers.

Place

Place & ceremony

Estates, chapels, churches and legal rooms chosen for atmosphere, access and the people you actually want around you.

Exclusive Estates

One property from morning until night.

Selected Locations

Indoor and outdoor rooms that already feel like the day.

Cappellas

Intimate chapels for a rite that stays close and quiet.

Churches

Religious rooms chosen for light, acoustics and how guests enter.

Legal

Civil rooms that do not feel like an office.

Table

Table & atmosphere

Flowers, light and table should belong to the same room. The meal, the cake and the first flowers guests see are one palette.

Restaurants

Tables after the rite, booked as part of the composition.

Catering

Service that travels to the estate or garden.

Chef

A private kitchen when the wedding stays at home.

Pâtisserie

The cake as architecture, not an extra.

Signature Drinks

A drink that belongs to the couple, not a bar list.

Flowers

Bouquet, ceremony and table as one palette.

Decorations

Atmosphere composed around the place, not a stack of props.

Gifts

Tokens for guests, chosen with the same eye as the table.

Image

Image & celebration

Photographers, music and the evening held inside the day's timing — so the room has a tone, not a programme.

Photo

Photographers who tell the day, not perform it.

Videomakers

Moving image held inside the day's timing.

DJ Set

The evening's tempo, after the meal.

Live Bands

Music in the room, for guests who do not yet know each other.

Dancers

Movement as hospitality, when the party asks for it.

Party

Morning or night: the celebration as a held room.

Movement

Guests & hospitality

Arrivals, hotels and rare gestures — cars, timing, discretion — only when they belong.

Hotels

Rooms chosen for the nights around the ceremony.

Dedicated Transfer

Arrivals that feel inevitable: cars, timing, discretion.

Exclusive Optionals

Helicopter, yacht and rare gestures — only when they belong.

Before we begin

Practical questions

How do I request a private wedding?

Share a date, a place you already love — or none — how many people should be close, and the tone of the day. The concierge translates that first exchange into a private outline.

What can be included?

Planner, location, estate, transfers, table, flowers, image, music, hotels and the honeymoon that follows. Each family above can stand alone or be held together.

Is the honeymoon part of the same house?

Yes. OHH! ITALY designs the journey after with the same concierge language: pace, privacy and one coordinator.

How does payment work?

Once the outline is agreed, payment can be completed by secure Stripe link or bank transfer — the same path as OHH! ITALY.

The next step is a conversation

Private weddings rarely begin with a standard form. They begin with dates, rhythm, privacy and the feeling you want the day to have.
